A
Croydon bus passenger was the victim of a midnight headbutt and punch
from this suspected thug, now being hunted by police.
The
victim, aged 37 years-old, had just boarded a route 466 bus in the
High Street, which was travelling towards Purley, at 11.55pm on July
21.
Police
have released these CCTV images of the man they believe was
responsible and are asking members of the public to identify him.
Both
the victim and the suspect boarded the bus at the same time and soon
after the suspect headbutted and punched the victim before making
off.
Police
were called later by the victim who suffered several cuts to his
mouth and facial bruising.
He
did not require hospital treatment.
The
suspect is described as a white man, with light coloured hair.
He
wore jeans and a dark coloured top.
