A lawyer called Mr. SENTENCE, prosecuted a tube-train passenger - caught urinating by transport cops - called Mr. MYCOCK, a court heard.

British Transport Police caught 33 year-old Simon Mycock in the act of spending a penny late last summer at Highbury and Islington Station, North London.

Mycock, of Newton Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, was convicted at City of London Magistrates Court of behaving in a disorderly, indecent or offensive manner, contrary to the Railway Byelaws on August 2.

Prosecutor Mr. Joe Sentence told JP’s it was 10.10pm when officers spotted Mycock urinating in the left corner of the station (pictured) car park near the fire exit.

“He said he was trying to find somewhere subtle,” added Mr. Sentence.

“Well, that wasn’t very subtle,” joked the Bench Chairman, fining the absent Mycock £175, plus £90 costs.
