Wedding Guest Accused Of Filming Up Woman's Skirt

A guest accused of filming up a woman's skirt during a wedding reception last summer at a trendy Thamesside gastro pub has appeared for the first time at City of London Magistrates Court.

Collin Jeffrey Lieberg, 33, of Hills Lane, Shrewsbury, Shropshire faces one charge of outraging public decency at the Oyster Shed, Angel Lane on July 26, last year, namely behaving in an indecent manner by taking images on his mobile phone of a women under her skirt.

He elected crown court trial and was bailed to appear at the Old Bailey for a preliminary hearing on March 24.

No images were found on Lieberg's phone and the prosecution rely on the evidence of a female witness.
