Police
investigating a bus sex attack on a young teenage girl in central
London have released this CCTV image of a suspect.
Officers
from the Metropolitan Police Service's Roads and Transport Policing
Command have launched the appeal after the Westminster incident.
On
Tuesday, 24 February at about 4.00pm, the 14-year-old girl was
travelling on a route 436 bus along Park Lane when she was sexually
touched by a man.
The
suspect is described as a middle-aged Asian man, with short dark
hair, balding at the top.
He
was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a black rucksack.
Police
officers are releasing a CCTV image and ask anyone with information
to contact Detective Constable Clare Beauchamp, who is leading the
investigation, on 07920 590195 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800
555 111, quoting reference 173251.
