Police
are hunting this man after a woman was nearly raped at an address
near Elephant and Castle in the early hours of the morning.
On
Monday, April 20, the 28-year-old woman, her male friend and the man
pictured were at an address in Newington Causeway.
At
approximately 3.00am the man attempted to rape the woman, but she was
able to fight him off and her friend came to her assistance.
The
man then fled the scene.
He
is described as a white, aged about 30 - 40 years-old and he had a
shaved head.
Detectives from the Sexual Abuse, Exploitation and Child Abuse Command are investigating.
