Archway Rape: E-Fit Released

Police investigating a rape allegation have released this e-fit of one of two men said to have pounced on a lone woman in the early hours.
The woman – aged in her thirties – told police she was approached by two men riding scooters in Archway, north London on Saturday April 6, last year.
She says she was lured into McDonald Avenue, where she was raped by one of them.
The woman was able to struggle free and was assisted by a member of the public before police were called.
Detective Constable Martyn Kenneally, of Central North Safeguarding team, said:“If you recognise the man in this e-fit, please get in touch with us without delay.
“This was a traumatic incident and the victim is being supported by specially trained officers.
“At this time, it is not being linked to any other incident."

There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
