Violent Hotel Sex Assault: Suspect Hunted

Police are hunting this suspect after a woman was molested in a Paddington hotel and knocked unconscious in the early hours.

Police are appealing for help to identify and trace the man they wish to speak with in connection with the sexual assault allegation.

On Sunday, November 29, last year at approximately 3.15am, a man sexually assaulted a woman at a hotel in Paddington.

The man also hit the victim, causing her to lose consciousness momentarily.

Following the assault, the suspect ran out of the room and left the hotel.

The victim immediately called police and was taken to hospital for treatment. 

Her injuries were not life threatening.

The suspect is described as black man, around 6ft tall, of medium build, with receding short curly hair and brown eyes, light to mid-complexion, slight beard and moustache and appears to be aged between the mid to late twenties.

At the time of the incident the male was wearing a black cap, black and grey striped scarf, dark blue hooded jacket, dark blue jeans, black trainers.
