Teen Gang Target E-Scooter On Tube

Police are hunting this suspect after a tube train passenger was threatened with a screwdriver as a gang of teens tried to snatch his electric scooter.

British Transport Police officers investigating the attempted robbery on the Central Line at Marble Arch Station have released this image as they try to identify the individual.

At around 4.10pm on Thursday, February 11 the male victim was approached by a female holding a screwdriver in a threatening way, from a group of approximately seven teenagers.

As the victim got off the train at Marble Arch Station with their electric scooter, a male
from the group attempted to grab it and pull it away from the victim.

The male tried to push the victim to the floor before other passengers intervened and the male retreated back on to the train.

Officers believe the people in the image may have information which could help their investigation.
