Tube Station Passenger Robbed Of Coat By Masked Gang

Transport police are hunting this suspected robber after a tube station passenger – fearing he would be stabbed - had his coat taken.

British Transport Police are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the individual.

On March 4 at 4.00pm, a group of masked men surrounded the victim at the barrier gates of Morden Underground Station and demanded his coat.

The victim refused and one man intimated he had a knife. 

Fearing he would be assaulted, the victim gave them his coat.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help the investigation.
