Woman Sexually Assaulted On DLR: Do You Know This Suspect?

Police are hunting this suspected pervert after a female Docklands Light Railway passenger was molested during an evening service.

The unknown male, who is being hunted by British Transport Police (BTP) also indecently exposed himself to the victim after she bravely challenged his behaviour.

BTP have released this image of their main suspect and are appealing for the assistance of the public to identify him.

The woman boarded a DLR train at 10.25pm on Monday, October 17 at Royal Albert station.

An unknown male deliberately sat opposite her and began attempting to engage in conversation.

He then sexually assaulted her.

After she challenged the man, he moved to a seat across the aisle from her and exposed himself in front of her.

Officers believe the man in the images may have information which could help their investigation.
