Tube Train Punch: Police Hunt Scarfed Suspect

Police are hunting this mystery suspect after violence broke out on a tube train in the early hours.

British Transport Police (BTP) have released the CCTV image and are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying him.

At approximately 1.15am on Saturday, December 9 the male victim was travelling on a Central Line Underground train towards Mile End station, east London.

He reported to police that an unknown male passenger punched him in the face, causing bleeding and damage to his teeth.

BTP officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
