Sex Assault At Hickstead Showground

A man has been sentenced for sexually assaulting a female at the world-famous Hickstead equestrian showground.

At Lewes Crown Court Jake Rose, 30, received twelve months imprisonment, suspended for eighteen months.

He was also ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for ten years and must complete a fifteen-day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.

Rose, of Town Lane Farm, Town Lane, Heskin, Lancashire was convicted of sexually assaulting the woman at the West Sussex venue on September 8, 2021.
