A man accused of
breaking his partner's collarbone at a landmark central London hotel
when she poured water over his head to wake him for breakfast,
appeared in court for the first time yesterday.Richard Swain, 38, of Foyle Park, Basingstoke, Hampshire is charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on his girlfriend of six years, Carly Norman, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, (pictured) New Bridge Street, Blackfriars on December 2, last year.
City of London Magistrates' Court bailed Swain until April 17 for committal to the Old Bailey on condition he resides at his address, does not contact the complainant and another potential witness and does not go within 500 metres of the complainant's Basingstoke address.
The court heard the complainant was hospitalised for four days.

I believe she has systematically attacked him verbally physically & mentally this is rubbish he did not do it
He is diabetic & pushed her away, she tripped & fell against the wall breaking her collar bone. She is a compulsive liar and has called wolf before many times on several different men. She never got engaged that was a joke for people who believe whats on facebook!! Diabetic whats thet to do with hitting a woman, crazy man shouldnt be allowed out if he can flip and beat a woman up.
Called the Tea Rooms..... No such incident...dont make up stories like this. Who would fight with a broken collar bone.
If the woman was so bad why would the "diabetic" have stayed in a relationship for 6 years!

She is a drug using vile woman who "playfully" poured water over him, rubbish... she startled him in a deep sleep and he pushed her, granted the injury is bad and not stickiong up for him but she asked for it.
Aggressive, vile, and drug taking woman. She is crazy and asked for it all. She is known around Basingstoke for all her actions.
