A paedophile, arrested for having a collection of sick images of children, has dodged jail with a suspended sentence.
Richard Joseph Bridgwater, 44, (pictured) of Enborne Row, Wash Water, Newbury, Berkshire pleaded guilty during his first appearance at Woolwich Crown Court.
He was released on bail for a pre-sentence report.
Today he was sentenced to four months imprisonment, suspended for two years, and was placed on a two-year supervision order.
Bridgwater was originally charged with twelve counts of possession of indecent photographs of children between September 5 and 22, last year.
