Police
are hunting this suspected bus sex pest, they believe touched a 31
year-old woman as they travelled through Shoreditch.
Officers
from the Metropolitan Police Service's Roads and Transport Policing
Command have released this CCTV image.
The
woman was sexually assaulted and the image has been released in their
attempts to identify the suspect.
On
Monday, 23 March at about 9:50pm the woman was assaulted as she
travelled on a route 55 bus near Shoreditch Town Hall.
The
suspect is described as a white man, aged about 20 to 25 years of
age, slim build, with dark hair, wearing a grey suit.
Police
officers are releasing an image of the suspect and ask anyone with
information to contact Detective Constable Joanne O'Connor, who is
leading the investigation on 07795 266293 or Crimestoppers
anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting reference 175616.
