Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was shot in the back just after midnight in West London.
Operation Trident detectives – who investigate violent black-on-black crime in the capital – are treating the incident as attempted murder.
The 16 year-old was shot in St. Luke’s Road, Notting Hill, near the junction with Tavistock Crescent (pictured) on January 22.
He was rushed by ambulance to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Operation Trident are appealing for any witnesses who were in the area and may have seen or heard anything suspicious or anyone who may have any information concerning the incident.
