Police
are hunting this suspected burglar, caught on CCTV using bank cards
taken during a residential break-in, to buy cigarettes.
Between
11.00am and 18.40pm on Monday, April 16, the address in Avignon Road,
Brockley was broken into whilst the homeowners were out.
Four
Apple computers, a mobile phone, a bicycle, bank cards and a quantity
of cash were taken.
The
suspect then used the victims’ bank cards in four shops in Catford
to purchase cigarettes via contactless payment.
Officers
in Lewisham are investigating.

Gerald Baffoe-Bonnie, from the Integrated Offender Management Unit,
said: “Following
CCTV enquiries in the shops in Catford, we wish to speak to the man
pictured in the images in connection with this burglary.
“I
would urge anyone with information or who knows of this man’s
whereabouts to get in contact.”
