Aaron Fell, 23, is at large and should not be challenged or approached, warn the Metropolitan Police.
He fled from Chase Farm Hospital, Enfield, north London.
Fell was reported missing from the hospital's mental health unit at 10.00am on Thursday, May 13.
He is a white man, of medium build, with dark hair and blue eyes.
He was wearing dark clothing at the time of his disappearance.
Members of the public are urged not to approach him and to call 999 immediately, quoting 2091/13May21.
