Police Hunt Wannabe Robber In 'Baby Blue Floral Dress'

Police are hunting an unlikely-looking wannabe mobile phone robber, who they describe as wearing a “baby blue floral dress”.

The bespectacled female supermarket suspect allegedly struck while queuing at the till, targeting a woman, aged in her twenties.

The Metropolitan Police have released this CCTV image of the woman they are hunting.

Officers were called at 8.00pm on Tuesday, August 11 to the supermarket in Tottenham Hale Retail Park, following reports of an attempted robbery and racially-aggravated assault.

The victim told police she suffered minor injuries when the woman in the dress tried to snatch her mobile phone.

She said she was queuing when the suspect physically assaulted her and began shouting racial abuse.

When she reached for her phone to call the police the suspect tried to take it, claiming it was her own.

The victim’s phone was returned to her when the supermarket’s security intervened and the suspect escaped on a bike.

Police are appealing for the woman to be identified and have released this description: “The woman is believed to be approximately 5ft 5ins tall with brown hair and was wearing a baby blue floral dress and a blue face mask.”

Detective Constable Natalie Starkey said: “We take all allegations of racism and assault very seriously and my team is keen to speak to anyone who was involved or who witnessed this incident.

“I would also appeal to the woman  in the image or anyone who knows her to contact us.”

Knocked Out Cold: Police Hunt Pub Pair

Police hunting the brutal attackers of two middle-aged men - knocked out cold while leaving a pub – have released these CCTV images of their suspects.

One of the victims, aged 59, suffered a bleed on the brain and was in critical condition and a 53 year-old victim was hospitalised with a serious head injury.

They were attacked after leaving the White Hart pub in Eltham High Street, Eltham, south-east London after 10.00pm on October 24.

Police carried out CCTV enquiries and established the pair were assaulted by three men after leaving the venue.

A 33-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday, October 27 on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. 

He was interviewed and released under investigation pending further enquiries.

Detective Sergeant Ian Barnard, from the Metropolitan Police's South East Basic Command Unit (BCU), said: “We have reviewed CCTV and taken witnesses statements to piece together the events of that evening in an attempt to identify those responsible.

“This was a disgraceful and unprovoked attack, which has left a man fighting for his life in hospital. 

“I would urge anyone who recognises the men in these images to contact police as soon as possible.”

Male Au Pair-From Hell Caged Again For Sexually Abusing Children

A male au pair-from hell – who sexually abused the children he was paid to care for – has admitted sickening crimes against 20 more youngsters.

Aaron McWilliams, 28, is already serving time for sex offences and received a life sentence – with a nine-year minimum – for these latest convictions.

The “predatory paedophile” pleaded guilty to forty new counts when he appeared in custody at Woolwich Crown Court.

He admitted fourteen counts of inciting a boy under 13 to engage in sexual activity, involving penetration.

Eight counts of inciting a boy under 13 to engage in sexual activity, not involving penetration.

Seven counts of sexual assault on a boy by touching.

Three counts of making an indecent photo of a child.

Three counts of sexual assault on a child.

Two counts of rape of a boy under 13.

Attempted rape of a boy under 13.

Sexual assault on a girl by touching.

Engage in sexual activity with a boy under 15.

The offences were committed between 2012 and 2017 in different parts of the UK and Europe.

McWilliams abused children he came into contact with through his work as a live-in au pair.

The court heard McWilliams was first convicted in 2016 for sexually assaulting a four-year-old child. 

After serving part of his sentence, he was released and began working with another family within a matter of weeks, after providing phony references. 

There, he sexually abused another four-year-old child and was jailed for seven years in August, 2017.

A phone was seized as part of the 2017 investigation, and detectives subsequently found 2,472 indecent images of children, graded category A (depicting the most serious child abuse) to C. 

Detectives discovered an extensive collection of videos McWilliams had made of himself sexually abusing his young victims.

McWilliams was interviewed twice in 2018 about the material on his phone, and made admissions about his abuse of children.

A total of 24 victims, aged between four months and 14-years-old were identified during the investigation. 

All but on one of the victims were boys.

Detective Superintendent Adam Ghaboos, of the Central East Safeguarding team, said: “McWilliams is a predatory paedophile who sexually abused a large number of children he was entrusted to care for. 

“It is every family’s worst nightmare.

“He is manipulative, cold, calculating, and highly dangerous to children and young people. 

“This case is amongst the most serious child abuse offending that the team has seen.

“I would like to acknowledge the courage of the young victims and their families who have endured the horrific abuse and the long-term harm these types of crimes cause. 

“Their information has led to this prosecution, and McWilliams will spend a long time in jail where he cannot harm any other children.”

Detective Superintendent Ghaboos added: “Our enquiries have led us to a large number of McWilliams’ victims, but we can’t rule out the possibility that there may be more. 

“I would urge any families who have employed McWilliams or believe that he may have had contact with their children to come forward.”

Pal Beats Friend To Death At Thornton Heath Flat

A brutal thug has been found guilty of murdering his friend in a “brutal and sustained” attack at his Thornton Heath home.

Nikolay Zhivkov, 44, was convicted following a trial at the Old Bailey and will be sentenced at a future date.

Police began an investigation after the body of 60 year-old Krasimir Kartikov was discovered at his home in Whitehorse Road on Monday, January 13.

A post-mortem examination revealed he died from multiple injuries, including several skull fractures and a broken nose.

Neighbours heard loud voices and banging inside Krasimir’s flat in the early hours of Sunday, January 12.

Several witnesses also reported seeing a man regularly visit the property. 

He was identified as Zhivkov.

Officers began an urgent search to locate him, which involved analysing telephone data which linked him to the address at the time of the attack.

CCTV enquiries were carried out, revealing Zhivkov had boarded a bus at West Croydon Bus Station later on Sunday morning.

He was traced to an address in Southall and arrested on the evening of Thursday, January 16.

During interview he refused to give any explanation for the attack and denied any involvement.

In a statement, Krasimir’s family said: “Krasimir was the nicest man you can imagine. 

“He was kind and always eager to help others. He was liked by everyone who knew him.

“I cannot imagine what could possibly have provoked someone to murder him in this way. 

“It breaks our heart to think about it.”

Detective Chief Inspector Helen Rance, of the Specialist Crime Command, said: “This was a brutal and horrific attack on Krasimir by someone he knew and had allowed into his home.

“Throughout this process Zhivkov failed to take any responsibility for his actions. 

“Now he has no choice but to face up to what he did to a man who cared for him and called him his friend.”

Hackney Rape: Do You Know This Man?

Police hunting a Hackney rapist, who attacked a lone female, aged in her twenties, have released this image of their suspect.

The victim told officers she was approached by an unknown man between 11.00pm and 11.30pm near Victoria Park Road on Friday, September 25.

The male suspect engaged her in conversation and walked with her for some distance before raping her near Well Street.

Detective Constable Russell Popplewell, from the Metropolitan Police's Safeguarding Team, said: “I would ask everyone to have a good look at this image and see if they recognise this man. 

“This is of course an incredibly serious incident and we are carrying out an intensive investigation to identify the man responsible.

"I would ask anyone who witnessed anything suspicious on the night of September 25 to get in touch with us. Any detail – no matter how small – could assist with our investigation.”

Teen Jailed For Carrying Fearsome 'Rambo' Knife

A teenager caught by a specialist Metropolitan Police squad with a fearsome 10” Rambo knife has been locked-up.

Jahcub Pierre-Registe, 18, received thirty-three weeks custody, following his arrest in Acton, west London by the Violent Crime Task Force.

Pierre-Registe, of Elsham Road, West Kensington was sentenced at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court.

On Monday, August 28 officers were on patrol in Beech Avenue, Acton Vale at 5.50pm.

They saw a group of five men, who appeared to be carrying out a drug deal.

As officers approached the group dispersed and officers gave chase. 

They caught Pierre-Registe and when officers searched him they found in his waist band a large Rambo-style knife in black sheath. 

The knife blade was 10" long with 3-4" handle.

Pierre-Registe was arrested and taken into custody. 

He was charged with possession of a pointed or bladed article and pleaded guilty the next day.

Pierre-Registe was also ordered to pay the court £400.

PC Chapman, of the Violent Crime Task Force said: “I hope the sentence handed to Jahcub Pierre-Registe will show those who carry knives that they will go to prison if they are caught. 

“It is against the law and incredibly dangerous.

“Our officers are out day and night, working to tackle violence across London and will continue to take knives and weapons off the streets.”

Bus Race Attack: Walking Stick Suspect Wanted

Police hunting an elderly racist of Indian/Pakistani appearance, who spat at and abused a female pensioner on a bus, have released this image of their suspect.

On Saturday, January 25 at 3.00pm a man boarded a Route 114 bus in Kenton Road, Harrow.

While on board the bus he assaulted, spat at and racially abused a 65-year-old female passenger.

Although the victim did not suffer lasting injuries, she has been shocked and distressed by the attack.

The man is described as Asian, aged in his sixties or seventies, approximately 5ft 8inches tall of chubby build. 

He was walking with a stick and pulling a shopping trolley.

Detective Constable Stuart Giddings of the Roads and Transport Policing Command is investigating.

He said: “This was a truly shocking and spontaneous attack on a woman who was sitting on the bus minding her own business. 

“This type of behaviour cannot go unchecked and I would ask people to look at the image and see if they recognise this man then do the right thing and contact police.”

A voyeur, who installed a mobile phone at the Chartered Management Institute to record others for his own sexual kicks, was sentenced yesterday.

Christian Camilo Faggiani, 36, admitted secretly placing the phone at the Central London offices of the organisation in Kingsway, Holborn.

He pleaded guilty at Bromley Magistrates Court to voyeurism at the CMI on April 4, namely installing the mobile phone with camera, with intent to obtain sexual gratification by observing others doing a private act.

Faggiani, of Norwood Road, West Norwood was placed on a twelve-month Community Order, which includes 150 hours unpaid community service work.

He was also ordered to sign the sex offenders register for five years and complete up to thirty-days of a rehabilitation activity requirement.

Faggiani must also pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

BA Flight Attendant Caught Filming Man In Heathrow Toilet

A BA cabin crew employee disguised his uniform with a hoodie to use his phone to spy on a Heathrow Airport worker as he used a toilet cubicle, a court heard yesterday.

However, Andrea Cesqui, 37, had his British Airways security lanyard around his neck when he was caught by the male VIP lounge receptionist. 

The Malaga resident pleaded guilty to voyeurism, namely observing another person doing a private act for the purpose of sexual gratification, on October 21, last year.

He was fined £650, with £85 costs and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge by magistrate Anthony Dorothy, who said: “We believe there was an element of planning here, the placement of the phone etc.”

Cesqui was also ordered to sign the sex offenders register for five years.

He had been a member of BA cabin crew since 2006 and has lost his £2,800 per month job with the airline.

Cesqui, staying in Priory Grove School, Priory Grove, Lambeth was seen on the airport’s CCTV entering numerous toilets with his phone in his hand, remaining inside for excessive periods of time.

Prosecutor Beata Murphy told Uxbridge Magistrates Court it was 6.45pm when the victim used the land side gents’ toilets to urinate.

“As he began to urinate he noticed somebody had placed a mobile phone over the top of the cubicle and could see the top of the phone and the camera lens.

“The complainant was in the middle of urinating with his genitals exposed.

“He looked directly into the lens and the phone was immediately pulled down by the male using it.

“The complainant left the cubicle and confronted the male, who was extremely nervous and agitated.

“The complainant demanded to see the phone and the phone was pulled out by the male and it was still unlocked with the camera running.

“The complainant demanded to see the photos on it and the defendant did show the photos, but only from the back of the folder and not the most recent.

“These were photos of numerous male genitalia.”

Cesqui, who was wearing a white hooded NASA top over his BA uniform, fled when the victim left to get security.

He has always insisted no actual recording was taken. 

“The suspect had a large suitcase and backpack as if he was a passenger, however the complainant believed he saw a lanyard under the hoodie, similar to those of Heathrow Airport employees,” added Ms Murphy.

“The CCTV was analysed and it showed him wearing a BA uniform and his image was circulated to BA employees to see if they recognised the suspect.”

Cesqui had donned the hoodie during one of his multiple lengthy visits to gents’ toilets - one forty minutes long - before the offence.

He was identified by BA a month later on November 19. “BA recognised the suspect from the still and he was sitting in their staff canteen.”

Cesqui’s mobile phone was examined, but no further voyeuristic images were seized, but there were numerous images of naked male models.

His lawyer James Reilly told the court: “He lives in Malaga and he’s come over here for this. 

“The defendant said he had some digestive problems and that was the reason for visiting the toilets.”

Cesqui started a new €1100 per month job as an account manager at a call centre last May. 

“The defendant has simply, on the spur of the moment, used his phone to point it over the cubicle and look at someone else,” added Mr. Reilly.

“It was a one-off. As a result of this foolish act he has lost his job with British Airways.

Cesqui did not quarantine for two weeks after arrived in the UK recently. “He’s being staying on a friend’s floor the last two days.”

As a result then probation service refused to conduct a face-to-face interview with him and completed it via phone while Cesqui remained outside the court building.

Baby Killer Drug Addict Back In Court

A drug addict jailed for neglect after the drowning death of her 11 month-old son was back in court today after being caught with heroin.

Finola Cash, 37, was sentenced to six years imprisonment in 2015 for manslaughter after son Ricky's bath seat fell into water while she was out looking for crack cocaine.

Today, she appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court, which heard she was not being recalled to prison despite still serving the sentence and being subject to licensing conditions.

Cash, of Featherstone Road, Southall pleaded guilty to possessing heroin in nearby Southall Broadway on October 9.

Prosecutor Siobhan O'Shaughnessy told the court it was 10.25pm when police spotted Cash – who is from the Irish travelling community – walking along the pavement with drug paraphernalia in one hand.

They thought she was rolling drugs and stopped her for a search.

In her right jean pocket they found a small wrap of brown powder, which she admitted was heroin and this was confirmed after a lab test.

Cash told the court: “It was such a small amount because I'm trying to wean myself off heroin. 

“I'm trying to get my life back on track and have my own property.

“I am trying to get on a methadone 'script so I don't get back in trouble.”

The court heard Cash is complying with her licence conditions and is being supported by social services and in receipt of Universal Credit.

Six years ago when Ricky died she was living in an Edgware hotel bedsit and her deceased son had crack cocaine in his blood as a result of either passive smoking or contamination from a surface or finger.

He also had severe nappy rash, caused by Cash's failure to regularly change him.

She was known to social services at the time due to a history of drug abuse and domestic violence and tests revealed she had smoked crack cocaine in the twelve hours before Ricky's death.

Cash was also abusing heroin and methadone for the previous nine months. 

Uxbridge magistrates told her the fact she was near the end of her licence and was not being recalled to prison was in her favour.

She was fined £40, with £85 costs and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
