Police hunting two late-night bus passengers, who dragged the driver from his cab and repeatedly punched and kicked him to the head and body, have released these CCTV images of the suspects.
Officers from the joint Metropolitan Police Service and Transport for London Safer Transport Command Workplace Violence Unit are appealing for anybody who recognises them to come forward.
The brutal assault occurred at half-past-midnight on November 20, last year on a route 121 bus travelling along Windmill Hill, Enfield, North London.
The male bus driver was dragged from his cab by the two suspects and subjected to a sustained attack of kicking and punching to the head and body.
He was taken by ambulance to Chase Farm Hospital where he was treated and later discharged.
Suspect 1 is described as a white man, with brown hair wearing a light coloured hooded top with a green body warmer.
Suspect 2 is described as a white man with short fair hair wearing a light coloured hooded top with a dark jacket.
