A
paedophile, who groomed three girls aged thirteen to fifteen
years-old for sex using Facebook and Blackberry Messenger, has been
locked-up.
Mark
Alan Sidwell, 21, (pictured) of Isleworth, west London also had
sexual images of underage girls on his phone.
He
pleaded guilty at Isleworth Crown Court to three counts of engaging
in sexual activity with girls and seven counts of possessing indecent
images and received three years and nine months custody.
He
was also made subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order and was
ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for an indefinite period.
Sidwell
was arrested on May 5, last year for sexually molesting the three
girls, who all live in the Hounslow area.
Detective
Constable Alan Wong of the Metropolitan Police's Sapphire Command
said: "This man has befriended his victims and targeted them on
their age and vulnerability with a view to ultimately quenching his
sexual appetite.
"All
the victims in this case have shown tremendous strength and courage
to engage with the police and assist them in bringing the defendant
to justice.
“I
hope that the sentence handed down by the judge will bring closure to
these young victims and enable them to move on with their lives."
