Police
are hunting this suspected mugger after a lone woman had a bicycle
lock looped over her head during a terrifying early-hours attack.
She
was approached from behind at 1.30am in Ecclestone Road, Victoria on
November 12, last year as she spoke on her mobile phone.
When
she began to resist, the man dropped the lock and ran off.
Officers
at Westminster CID would like to speak with Scotsman Aaron Sinclair,
25, in connection with the investigation.
Sinclair
also has links to the London, Surrey and Hampshire areas.
