Police hunting a gambling arcade robber, who pulled a knife on a woman worker before fleeing with £2,000 cash, have released this CCTV image of their suspect.
The man entered the arcade in Upper Wickham Lane, Welling, south east London on the morning of Wednesday, July 31.
At around 10.00am, after spending around half an hour on a gambling machine, he approached and grabbed the woman working at the shop from behind.
He pulled a knife on her, demanding that she open the safe in the back office.
She complied, and he made off around £2,000 in cash.
It is believed that he left the scene in a maroon-coloured Mercedes car.
The man being sought by police is described as a white male believed to be in his late 30s, and of slim build.
He was wearing a green hoodie, black jeans and dark trainers.
He spoke in broken English, and may be eastern European.
