A young woman, who was charged with assaulting another female at a luxury Mayfair Italian restaurant, has received a suspended prison sentence.
Lily Mitchell, 23, of Green Lane, Chislehurst, south-east London was sentenced to one hundred and eighty days imprisonment, suspended for eighteen months.
She was originally accused of assaulting Elena Tatsi, causing her actual bodily harm, at Novikov in Berkley Street on November 28, 2019.
Mitchell was also placed on a twelve-month community order, which includes 200 hours community service.
She was also ordered to pay the victim £500 compensation.
