British Transport Police (BTP) are investigating a violent incident, which occurred at Aldgate East Underground Station at approximately 7pm on Friday, November 12.
The BTP have described the man as being responsible for “aggressive and violent behaviour.”
Officers believe the man shown may have information that can assist them with their investigation.
The BTP are asking any members of the public who recognise him, to contact them.
It is understood he was travelling with three children, one of which was in a pushchair.
