British Transport Police (BTP) have released this CCTV image of the unknown male they are hunting and are asking for the assistance of the public in identifying him.
The victim was waiting for a train at 11.25pm on Thursday, October 20 on the Northern Line's Platform 4 at Tottenham Court Road Underground Station.
A man approached, touched her inappropriately and then continued on before boarding a tube on Platform 2's Central Line Eastbound a few minutes later.
BTP are treating the incident as sexual assault.
Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
