Darren Altrudo, 28, whose last known address is in Varcoe Gardens, Hayes has avoided arrest.
Officers are now appealing to the public for assistance in apprehending him.
Altrudo is wanted by police for several crimes including burglary, serious assault, criminal damage and dangerous driving, which he committed from March, last year onwards.
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police's Central West Command Unit are leading the search for Altrudo.
His last known location was Ladbroke Grove after he fled from police on Thursday, February 25.
Altrudo also has links to Notting Hill, both the W11 and W10 postcodes – particularly Ladbroke Grove, Cambridge Gardens, Westbourne Park Road and West Drayton.
Anyone who has information concerning his whereabouts should contact police on 101 or Tweet @MetCC quoting 7376/25FEB21.
