Christmas Eve Tube Station Sex Assault

A female tube train passenger was groped from behind on Christmas Eve by a mystery male, who transport cops are now hunting.

British Transport Police (BTP) have released this image of their suspect and are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying him.

At just after 8.00pm at Holborn Underground station on Saturday, December 24, last year a woman got off a Central Line train and noticed a man staring at her.

As she walked up the stairs towards the exit, the man walked behind her and sexually assaulted her.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
