Fifteen Year-Old Boy Attacked At West Ham Underground Station

A teenage boy was knocked unconscious during a bloody assault at West Ham Underground Station.

Police have released this image of their suspect and are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying him.

The 15 year-old victim was at the east London station at approximately 2.45pm on Wednesday, September 20.

An unknown male threw a bottle at the teenager and approached him at the bottom of the Jubilee Line escalator.

There was a physical confrontation, which left the youngster with a bloody wound to his mouth and unconscious.

British Transport Police (BTP) are investigating and are treating it as an offence if assault.

BTP officers would like to speak to the man in the image, who they believe may have information that could help their investigation.
