A drug-driver, who
served time for killing a mum-of-two he ran over, has again been
convicted of another cannabis offence.

Foames, 37, failed to learn the lessons from the tragedy and today
appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to possessing a small amount of cannabis at The Rookery car park, Streatham Common on February 7.
Three years ago Foames, of Wigmore Road, Carshalton, was sentenced to 16 weeks imprisonment for driving while unfit through drugs and without insurance.
On that occasion he was arrested after running over mother-of-two Maria Bridge, 32, on Boxing Day, 2014 after smoking cannabis.
Today he was
conditionally discharges for twelve months and ordered to pay £85
costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
