British Transport Police (BTP) have released this image of their suspect and are appealing for the assistance of the public to identify him.
The woman was travelling on a Piccadilly Line train at approximately 6.00pm on Tuesday, September 6 between Park Royal and Sudbury Hill stations.
BTP are treating the incident as sexual assault.
She challenged the man who was touching her and he alighted the train at Sudbury Hill.
Officers believe the man in the images may have information which could help their investigation.
