Jail For Train Creep Who Molested 15 Year-Old Girl

A train sexual predator, who tried to ply a 15 year-old girl with vodka during a prolonged “sickening attack,” has been locked-up.

Maxim Rowan-Moy, 32, deliberately sat next to the teenager and pursued her along the train carriage as he continued molesting her, even pulling her violently towards him.

Detective Constable Terry Botten, of British Transport Police said: "This was a truly sickening attack against a lone teenage girl by a disgusting predator who sought to violate her for his own sexual gain.

"She has shown immense bravery in supporting this investigation and I’m pleased to see this vile and evidently very dangerous offender behind bars as a result.

"I want to assure women and girls that we are absolutely dedicated to tackling sexual offenders on the railway network and bringing them to justice.”

Rowan-Moy, of Eglinton Hill, Plumstead received two-and-a-half years imprisonment.

He pleaded guilty at Inner London Crown Court to four counts of sexual assault; one count of assault, plus a charge of threatening behaviour.

Rowan-Moy must also sign the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years and comply with a 5-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).

At 7.45pm on Saturday March 26, the victim was waiting for a train at Dover Priory station when she was approached by Rowan-Moy.

He asked where she was travelling to before they boarded a train together and sat next to one another.

On the train, Rowan-Moy offered her a bottle of vodka to drink. He then moved closer to her and sexually assaulted her.

The girl got up and attempted to move away from him as he followed her down the carriage and sat next to her again.

He then continued to sexually assault her, violently attempting to pull her closer to him and persistently touching her inappropriately.

A while later, a group of passengers boarded the train and Rowan-Moy got up from his seat to look for his belongings.

A train guard entered the carriage and stayed with the girl to Rochester station, where staff alerted police.

Officers quickly attended Rochester station and arrested Rowan-Moy, where he pretended to police that he knew the victim.

A Very Happy Christmas To Our Readers

May we wish you all a very happy Christmas and the best of health and happiness for next year.

This last year has proved to be challenging for the editor of this Crime and Courts blog, who was subjected to a High Court claim that a Judge ultimately and correctly ruled had no validity whatsoever and was thrown out.

However, this was not achieved without over a year of court appearances, the writing of statements and summaries, the collection of evidence and compiling of witness testimonies.

The claim was brought by a convicted fraudster, who was sentenced for multiple counts amounting to thousands of pounds and was subject to an accurate and full court report on this site.

The one-day High Court trial took place earlier this month and in the words of the presiding judge: "I found the Defendant to be a more plausible witness than the Claimant.

"The Defendant's case was supported by documents, which appear to me to be genuine.

"The Defendant gave evidence straightforwardly and convincingly.

"The Claimant's evidence often strayed from what was relevant and, when (Claimant) did give direct answers to questions, which was not always, they tended to be speculative and did not always convince.

"I also  bear I'm mind that the Claimant was convicted of nine counts of fraud, involving dishonesty with the intention of making a gain, which undermines (Claimant's) credibility on matters not corroborated by other evidence."

The judge also ruled the "abuse" directed by the Claimant towards this blog's editor was "not justified at all."

The judge also rejected a claim the story was a misuse of the fraudster's personal and private information. "The information published on the Blog Post was not private information and (Claimant) could have no reasonable expectation of privacy.

'It was information which had been aired in open court......"

Claims the story breached the European Convention on Human Rights and the Data Protection Act were also rightly dismissed by the judge.

As a result the claimant now owes this blog's editor thousands of pounds in costs, have already funded their own legal costs, which run into four figures, plus has been responsible for a huge amounted of wasted time and unnecessary stress for all parties.

Best Wishes for 2023.

Six Years For Training Tutor Who Stabbed Boyfriend To Death

Six Years: Charlotte Kerr
A training tutor, who plunged a kitchen knife through her boyfriend’s heart during yet another argument between the squabbling pair, is starting a six-year sentence.

Charlotte Kerr, 37, stood two murder trials, but was convicted of the manslaughter of father-of-two Giovanni Wallace, 29, by a Croydon Crown Court jury.

However, she will be back on the streets in less than two years, having to serve only half of that sentence, plus a 370 day discount for wearing an electronic tag while on bail and having her first 46 days in custody deducted.

Police searched their one-bedroom flat and found a note written by Kerr with “hate” in large red letters, plus the words “die” and “f*** all men.”

She claimed he verbally abused her in the living-room, accusing her of cheating, and from behind placed one arm around her neck, pulled her hair and banged her head on the floor.

Kerr told the trial Mr Wallace when collected several knives from the kitchen, threw one down on the living-room floor and pointed the largest blade at his own chest.

She said Mr Wallace also placed his hands around her neck and prevented her escaping the flat, asking her: “Is it a good day to die?”

The trial heard the couple sometimes even rowed via text messages when together in the Clyde Road, Addiscombe flat and neighbours reported hearing frequent shouting matches.

They both trained prospective nursery and school teachers and began dating less than a year earlier.

“At 7.39am on Sunday, October 25, 2020 Ms Kerr spoke to a 999 operator and asked for an ambulance to come quickly to Clyde Road, Addiscombe,” prosecutor Danny Robinson QC told the jury.

“Minutes earlier she had stabbed her boyfriend Mr Wallace in the chest with a kitchen knife.

“When she made the 999 call Mr Wallace was lying on the stairs of the property and neighbours were trying to give him first aid.”

Sadly, despite the efforts of paramedics nothing could be done to save Mr Wallace and he was pronounced dead at the address at 8.26am.

“She told the police officers that attended that she had stabbed Mr Wallace.

“He suffered a stab wound to the chest that penetrated his heart, causing him to lose a large amount of blood.

“She says Mr Wallace was trying to strangle her so she stabbed him to the chest in lawful self-defence.”

Stabbed: Giovanni Wallace
Showing photographs of the scene to the jurors Mr Robinson told them: “You will see some heavy blood-staining to clothing and in the flat’s communal area.”

Father-of-two Mr Wallace has children aged ten and three years-old from a previous relationship and started seeing Kerr in December, 2019, quickly moving into her flat.

However, their rows were so intense neighbours called police to the property in May, 2020 when Kerr was heard shouting: “F*** off and leave.”

Shortly before his death Mr Wallace asked his father if he could move in with him to get away from Kerr. “They had a big row about IVF and having children  and the defendant was accusing him of having an affair.”

Police examined the couple’s mobile phones during the investigation.

“They found evidence of a number of text arguments,” said the prosecutor. “Sometimes they would argue by text when alone in the flat together.”

A month before the stabbing police found a 4.55am text row concerning “the rejection of Kerr by Mr Wallace sexually,” Mr Robinson told the trial.

On the morning of October 25 they were again rowing via text.

“Mr Wallace was asking Ms Kerr to ’shut up’ because he wanted to sleep and quickly became very argumentative,” said the prosecutor.

Mr Wallace texted: “My last ex was like that. I hate you, I really f***ing do. It’s the biggest mistake I f***ing made.”

The texting escalated to verbal arguing, even waking-up the next-door neighbour. “Both Ms Kerr and Mr Wallace sounded angry.

“Shortly before the stabbing the words: ‘F*** off then,” were heard and the neighbours downstairs heard loud shouting, mainly from Ms Kerr.”

The downstairs neighbour left their flat and witnessed the bloody scene. “They saw Giovanni Wallace lying in the communal hallway and Ms Kerr told them to call an ambulance and they started CPR.

Kerr told her neighbours: “He strangled me and I stabbed him.”

Kerr During Trial

During the trial Kerr claimed to have no memory of stabbing Mr Wallace, but insisted she was acting in self-defence during a row, which began with him “aggressively” kicking her out of bed.

“I have told you everything,” claimed Kerr when cross-examined by prosecutor Danny Robinson QC. “I want to be able to give his family the answers.

“I have spoken to grief counsellors, pastors and told you everything I know.”

Kerr described father-of-two Mr Wallace, whose children are from a  previous relationship as “controlling, jealous and possessive,” and was preventing her fleeing that flat that morning.

Believing she was going to be killed Kerr claims she felt a hard object in her boyfriend’s pocket, which turned out to be his phone, and armed herself.

“I don’t remember picking the knife up, but I know I did. I don’t know what was going on when the injury was inflicted,” she told the court.

Kerr said Mr Wallace was abusive, strangled her five months previously and forced her to wear damp clothing.

She denied she was exaggerating to support her case. “I have not embellished anything. In fact I’ve held back,” Kerr told the jury.

Mr Robinson asked her: “You don’t want to tell the truth do you?” Kerr replied: “That’s all I want.”

"Brazen" Railway Creep Locked-Up

A “dangerous” prolific sexual predator, who targetted females on the rail network, has been locked-up.

Larry Giromini, 23, molested his victims and pleasured himself in front of them – committing four offences on the same evening.

At Inner London Crown Court he received sixteen months imprisonment, following an investigation by British Transport Police (BTP).

Giromini, of Dowsett Road, Tottenham pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault, two counts of exposure, and one count of outraging public decency.

He was also handed a 5-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years.

On New Year's Eve, 2021 Girimoni targeted the first victim after boarding a train to Peterborough at London's King's Cross station.

He sat opposite the woman and proceeded to expose his genitals and masturbate in front of her.

Two days later, on January 2, Girimoni sat next to a 17-year-old girl on a Piccadilly Line train near Bounds Green.

He took a piece of cardboard from a nearby seat, placed it between her legs, and sexually assaulted her.

The girl moved seats and he moved next to her again, continually staring at her.

He then moved next to another woman on the carriage and put his arm around her, leaning into her while smiling at the other victim.

At 10.15pm two women witnessed Giromini masturbating as he stood close to them on an escalator at Oxford Circus.

He then boarded a Victoria Line train and continued masturbating in front of several passengers on the service.

He was later arrested for all five offences.

Detective Constable Christopher Pretty said: “It’s clear from Giromini’s persistent and brazen actions that he was targeting women for his own sexual gratification.

“I’m pleased to see this dangerous offender behind bars, and I hope his sentence sends a clear message to perpetrators that we will take action.

“If you experience or witness a sexual offence on the railway network, I urge you to report it to BTP by texting 61016 or via the Railway Guardian App. In an emergency, always dial 999.”

Fare Dodger Guilty Of Stabbing When Caught By Ticket Inspectors

A train fare dodger launched a “shocking and disturbing” knife attack when challenged – stabbing one rail worker multiple times.

Damilola Fatuga, 19, of Osborn Terrace, Blackheath punched other members of staff at Bromley South station, inflicting further injuries.

He was challenged by a ticket inspector as he tried to walk through a barrier without paying at 12.45pm on Monday, May 21, last year.

He immediately lashed out, punching one staff member repeatedly – knocking out a tooth.

Two other members of staff came to assist, one was punched in the eye and the second was stabbed multiple times as they tried to restrain him.

The stabbing victim suffered wounds to the arm, thigh and stomach.

Fortunately, his wounds were not life threatening.

The knife was kicked out of Fatuga’s hand by a fourth member of staff.

He was arrested at the scene.

A Croydon Crown Court jury convicted Fatuga of inflicting grievous bodily harm, with intent, on the stabbing victim and he will be sentenced on February 10, next year.

He had already pleaded guilty to the assaults on the other members of staff and being in possession of a knife.

Superintendent Darren Malpas, of the British Transport Police, said: “This was a shocking and disturbing attack on members of staff who were attempting to do their job.

It’s very fortunate that the stabbing victim did not suffer life threatening injuries, however it could’ve easily gone the other way.

We know this attack had a significant impact on our colleagues in the rail industry.

Like the rest of us, they have every right to work without fear of suffering violence.

We’re committed to ensuring anyone who breaches this right are investigated and put before the courts.”

'Pub In The Park' Drunk Attacked And Spat At Security

A drunken young Scot had “hate and disgust” in his face as he kicked a female security officer in the face and spat on her at the 'Pub in the Park' music festival, a court heard today.

Shop worker Callum McPherson, 24, had already headbutted and spat at her male colleague at the event in Wimbledon Park, south-west London.

The first-time offender, who claims he had no recollection of the violent incident had caused trouble at the event by trying to pull down flags and grope a female security officer.

McPherson, of Hillview Crescent, Montrose, Ferryden, Angus had been staying at his father's address in Glen Albyn Road, Wimbledon when he attended the nearby event with a female friend.

He pleaded guilty at Wimbledon Magistrates Court to assaulting Robert James and Lorraine Searle in Wimbledon Park on May 28.

Prosecutor Victoria Alicea told the court: “Police officers were called to 'Pub in the Park' where they saw the defendant sat on the ground and being verbally abusive.

“Earlier he had grabbed at a female security guard's behind and then grabbed flags and poles.

“He headbutted Mr James and spat at him and kicked a female security guard in the face and spat on her.

“He told the police officers he had no recollection of the incident.”

Afterwards Ms Searle told police: “The level of hate and disgust in his face was scary. I should not come to work and be assaulted.”

McPherson's lawyer David Targett said: “He was a man of good character, but that has now been lost.

“These offences were out of character and were only committed because he was drunk.

“He is a working man and was said to have been apologetic and remorseful at the scene.

“He went to the event with a female friend and got drunk. He suffers with anxiety and is on medication.”

Magistrate Vanessa Weguelin told McPherson: “We have heard about these assaults in Wimbledon Park and you admitted you were drunk, but these people were doing their jobs as security guards and were there safeguarding other people.”

McPherson was fined £450 and ordered to pay £100 compensation to each victim. He must also pay £85 costs and a £45 surcharge.

“I hope this has been a lesson to you. Do not do it again,” the magistrate told him. “Next time it will be far more serious now you have a criminal record.”

Suspended Sentence For Computer Scientist Who Bashed Wife With Bin

Suspended Sentence: Lee Momtahan
A computer scientist, who repeatedly struck his businesswoman wife’s head with a disintegrating plastic bin during a bloody domestic row, received a suspended prison sentence yesterday.

Oxford University graduate Lee Momtahan, 48, was seen by houseguests using carpet cleaner to remove bloodstains from the floor of the £850,000 family home during the violent domestic incident.

An Inner London Crown Court jury convicted him of assaulting Sarah Boada-Momtahan, 44, causing her actual bodily harm, at the Tulsemere Road, West Dulwich family home on October 26, 2019.

“In front of a three year-old, bashing the head of that three year-old’s mother until that nappy bin disintegrated just shows how far he went and does not seem to recognise that,” announced Judge Rosina Cottage KC.

The mother-of-two Fine Arts graduate told the trial her husband continued striking her as hard as he could as the bin was smashed to pieces.

“He put me in a headlock with his arm around my neck. This was after I had been thrown into the wall of my daughter’s bedroom,” said Sarah, the owner of ‘Sanders of Oxford’, a landmark antique print and map shop.

“I was thrown into the wall with such force it caused my jaw to slam shut and my teeth to fracture,” she added.

Momtahan’s father and his wife were visiting the couple and they had all enjoyed a family meal at a local Chinese restaurant.

Afterwards, the guests heard the commotion upstairs and witnessed former IBM employee Momtahan - who now heads a quantitative analysis department - attempting to clean the bloody carpet.

Ironically, Sarah had intimate knowledge of the bin, telling the trial she academically studied that particular design over twenty years ago.

The row erupted at approximately 8.00pm during a dispute over getting their son and daughter to bed.

“He grabbed the bin and hit me over the head with it as hard as he could,” she continued. “I just froze and he just kept hitting me.

“He was swinging the bin around and hitting my head repeatedly and the bin broke while he was hitting me with it. He kept hitting me with the broken bin.

“I felt the bin slice open the back of my head,” added Sarah, who left a trail of blood to the bathroom, where a towel was wrapped around her head.

She was taken to King’s College Hospital, where the wound was glued shut.

She denied Momtahan’s claims she was the aggressor, admitting she did not think she was still in love with her husband at the time and was investigating the possibility of divorce.

Momtahan, who has since moved out rot a flat in Balham Grove, Balham told the jury: “I felt a blow to the back of my head and thought she was punching me. She grabbed my left arm and started pulling.

“I instinctively resisted. I was totally freaked out, panicked and scared,” said the Math & Computer Science graduate.

“I first saw the lampshade, but that was too heavy and I then saw the plastic bin, which was relatively lightweight and not that dangerous and managed to reach it.

“I picked it up and and just hit her to try and get her off me. I was not trying to harm her, just get her off me because my arm was being injured.

“I didn’t hit her very hard. The bin cracked and shattered into pieces and there was nothing left.

“I then saw blood and realised I was hitting her with a sharp object and I’m very sorry about that,” added an emotional Momtahan.

“I then tried to clean up the mess.”

“It is a question of imposing immediate custody or suspending it,” said Judge Cottage. “He will not go to prison today, but you were a hairs breadth from going to prison today,” she told Momtahan.

“His temper and attitude towards his wife is the cause of this. He felt he could do as he wished and should not have been interrupted,” added the judge.”

Sentencing him to twelve months imprisonment, suspended for two years, she told Momtahan: “You were convicted on the clearest evidence of your wife that you picked up a weapon, a bin, and struck her over the head until it smashed in to pieces.

“This happened in front of your three year-old when you lost your temper and that is an aggravating feature and in a domestic setting, where people have to deal with violence in their own home.”

Momtahan must also complete a twenty-day rehabilitation activity requirement, pay £2,800 costs and pay £500 compensation to his ex-wife.

His lawyer Dominic Thomas told the court: “This is a man of previous good character and this incident happened three years ago. He gave mature responses in the pre-sentence report despite his upset at the conviction.

“This court is not going to see him again now these parties have split up.

“This incident was deeply unattractive and at the tail-end of a marriage. This was wholly uncharacteristic of Mr Momtahan.

“His wife had been to see a divorce lawyer shortly before this incident and with a screaming child it appears to have been the one and only occasion in his life he has snapped and let himself down.”

Railway Car Park Knifeman Repeatedly Stabbed Victim

A knifeman has been caged for his early-hours “pre-meditated horrific attack” in an isolated Kent railway station car park.

Curtis Webb, 26, of Newton Green, Ashford, Kent arrived in a taxi and armed with the knife at 1.00am and repeatedly stabbed his targeted victim, a 46 year-old man, who was sitting in his car.

The victim suffered life-threatening injuries during the 40-second attack and Webb originally appeared in court charged alongside another man and with robbing his victim.

At Snaresbrook Crown Court he pleaded guilty to one count of inflicting grievous bodily harm at Birchington station on January 14 and was sentenced to seven-and-a-half years imprisonment.

Webb had been drinking in a Margate Wetherspoons pub that evening and after getting a taxi to the station
fled the car park in a vehicle that was stopped nearby with a large kitchen knife and hammer inside.

“Is the guy alright?” he asked the police who pulled him over.

Webb had approached the victim soon after he drove into the station, opening the driver-side door.

A confrontation between him and the victim ensued and CCTV cameras covering the car park captured Webb subjecting the victim to a frenzied 40-second attack, during which he was repeatedly stabbed with a knife.

The victim fled the station on foot and was found laid on the ground on Paddock Road by members of the public with laceration wounds to his head, neck and shoulders.

Paramedics arrived, and he was urgently flown to King’s College Hospital in London to undergo surgery for his severe injuries.

Webb was stopped by Kent Police officers a short time later in a car on the A28 and arrested.

In a prepared statement presented to officers in interview, Webb said: “I started to poke him with the knife, I really didn’t think that I was penetrating his coat.”

Detective Sergeant Nick Thompson said: “This was a pre-mediated, horrific attack that resulted in the victim suffering life-threatening injuries.

“Webb’s actions that night proves he’s a dangerous individual and I’m pleased with the adequately strong sentence that has been handed down.

“He’s clearly not fit to be in the community.”

Sleeping Female Night Tube Passenger Targeted

A “sordid sex offender” who stroked a sleeping woman's legs on the Night Tube has been locked-up.

The shocked victim kicked out at 31 year-old Michael Piczak and told staff: “Stop him. He's been touching me.”

He fought the charge, but was convicted by an Inner London Crown Court jury of sexual assault and sentenced to twelve months imprisonment.

Piczak, of Station Road, Walthamstow was also ordered to sign the sex offenders register for ten years.

In the early hours of September 29, 2019 the lone woman was travelling home on a northbound Victoria Line night service when she fell asleep.

As the train approached Walthamstow Central Underground station she awoke to Piczak stroking her legs and kicked out to get him away from her.

A British Transport Police officer at the station was alerted to the incident and Piczak was promptly arrested on suspicion of sexual assault.

CCTV footage captured Piczak’s actions as he reached over the aisle to touch the sleeping victim before moving next to her and stroking her legs.

Detective Constable Ibrar Ahmed said: “Piczak is a sordid sex offender who targeted a lone woman as she slept and subjected her to a prolonged sexual assault.

“His jail term sends out a clear message to anyone who exhibits this type of behaviour on the railway – we will catch you and bring you to justice without exception.

“If you are a victim of, or witness to, any form of sexual offending on the railway, please report it to us by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40. Always dial 999 if you’re in immediate danger.”

Heartless Pickpocket Locked-Up

A prolific pickpocket, who targeted female rail passengers, is starting a 45-week prison sentence.

Giuvadin Mahmet, 47, struck at Paddington; London Bridge; King's Cross; Reading and Canning Town stations.

He travelled down from his north of England home in De Grey Street, Kingston-upon-Hull.

On Thursday, August 11 he stole an iPhone and £300 cash from a grandmother at Paddington station after shoving two children aside to slide behind her.

On September 15 he targeted a mum at Canning Town station as she was returning from her daughter’s graduation.

She felt Mahmet close in behind her and seemingly nudge her in the back.

After he left the train she noticed her handbag was undone and her purse, containing £80, stolen.

In the same month, he followed a wife and husband up the escalators at Paddington station.

The victim suddenly felt her bag become light at the top of the escalators and as she turned Mahmet was heading back down to the platform.

She shouted after him and followed, but he disappeared among the crowds.

Cards and cash were stolen.

His image, taken from CCTV footage of his crimes, was passed around British Transport Police officers throughout London.

He was spotted walking through London Bridge station on Friday, October 21 and arrested.

Further investigations by BTPs reactive theft of passenger property team linked him to seven cases of theft, one case of attempted theft and one case of fraud by false representation.

He appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court, where he pleaded guilty to all counts and was sentenced to 45 weeks in jail, plus financial penalties totalling £3,000.

In total Mahmet admitted stealing £120 cash and a purse at Paddington station on September 17 and attempting to steal property from another woman at the station on August 11.

He admitted the Canning Town theft, plus the theft of a Samsung Galaxy A9, worth £400, from a male in Paddington station on September 22.

He admitted another iPhone theft at Paddington station on September 30 and stealing the same item at Reading station on October 4.

He also pleaded guilty to stealing from the grandmother and using a stolen debit card to purchase items worth £13.99 and stealing an iPhone from a female at London Bridge Station on October 19.

Inspector Sharon Turner, of BTPs Priority Crime Taskforce, said: “Pickpockets are attracted to large crowds and places where distractions come easy.

“This is why busy train stations, and travellers who are focused on their journeys, are often a primary target.

“We’re proactive about stopping these offences and have plain clothed officers across the network, especially at main stations, watching for and arresting pickpockets.

“When items are stolen, we distribute witness accounts and CCTV pictures of offenders among our officers, to help ensure the next time they enter a station they’re arrested.”

Machete Thug Locked-Up For Railway Station Brawl

A machete-wielding thug, who repeatedly slashed a 17 year-old boy's head with the fearsome blade during a railway station brawl, has been caged.

A fight broke out between six young men and women at Benfleet station, Essex at 2.00pm on Monday, October 11, last year.

Tranele Green, 20, of Imperial Drive, Harrow, north-west London drew the machete from his belt and deliberately targeted the youth, who was trying to break-up a fight between two females.

At Inner London Crown Court he pleaded guilty to inflicting grievous bodily harm, with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.

He received six years custody.

The victim and a 17 year-old girl had travelled to the station, where the female was attacked by Megan Smith, 22, of Merrivale, South Benfleet.

She repeatedly kicked the girl and pulled her hair while shouting abuse and was sentenced to a 12-month Community Order by local magistrates.

As the 17 year-old boy tried to break-up the attack Green stepped forward and slashed his head several times with the blade.

The group then left the scene and the boy was taken to hospital requiring urgent treatment to deep laceration wounds on his head, including a damaged artery.

The girl suffered facial injuries and concussion from the attack.

Smith was arrested at her home just a few hours after the incident and Green was later arrested by plain clothes officers after he was spotted at Rayners Lane Underground station.

BTP Detective Constable Victoria Callaghan, said: “This was a vicious attack against a boy who was simply trying to come to the aid of someone else, but was instead victim to a shocking act of violence.

“Green is clearly a dangerous individual and I’m pleased to see him off the network and behind bars following our investigation.”
